The building, located in the heart of the Beltline community, will support positive, lifelong change for low-income Calgarians. Tenants and other community members will have access to a combination of affordable housing with unique life skills and employment programs offered on site.
This building is not a shelter: all residents will pay rent. Rents are set at least 10-20 per cent below market rates, with a ceiling of 30 per cent of a tenant’s income.
